Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Fragrances and personal care products (opened)
Undergarments and swimwear
Downloadable or digital products
Final sale or clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: JoJoe's covers the return shipping cost.
Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still haven't received it, please contact us through our Contact page.
